Victorian Carving Set with Case. Silver Plated Fork and Knife. Klein-Glitschka.

Victorian silver plated carving set in its original case.
The service consists of a carving knife and a 3-pronged fork with a meat retaining crank.
The black case, with brass clasp, is padded with blue satin on the inside of the lid and, below the kitchen utensils, with blue cardboard with blue velvet fabric at the ends.
Manufacturer's mark in gold letters on blue satin: KLEIN-GLITSCHKA. 43 rue des champs. GHENT.
The handles of the utensils are decorated with floral motifs, the fork retaining crank with a shell.
The knife is marked on the blade "Guaranteed Cast Steel".
Between 1870 and 1890.
Creation of the KLEIN-GLITSCHKA company in 1870 and disappearance of the GLITSCHKA reference around 1890
Lack of silver plating in places (see photos).
The 2 handles of the utensils appear to have been re-welded at the guard (see photos).
