William James Topley (February 13, 1845 – November 16, 1930) was a prolific Canadian photographer based in Ottawa, Ontario. Topley was noted for his portraiture of Canadian politicians and was a business partner of William Notman, taking over Notman's Ottawa studio in 1872. Many of Topley's photographs are now in the collection of Library and Archives Canada.
Good used condition.
NB: The support cardboard has 4 rubbed corners, 2 display holes. The back of the cardboard has a ring due to water. The name of the person is difficult to read.
