Through its audacity and inventiveness, this avant-garde series inspired many authors and directors including George Lucas and became a reference for science fiction comics.

4th in the VALERIAN series, this album is the most political of the series. The story deals with the ecological and sociological impacts of an industrialized society and the treatment of populations undergoing colonization. The authors were among the first to address the theme of political ecology. How far can we put a place in danger in the name of industrial profitability?
