Morton Parker is a Canadian manufacturer based in Trenton, Ontario, supplying the food industry since 1945.
The acronym E.P.N.S means that the product is made of silver nickel (i.e. an alloy composed of copper and a small proportion of Nikel and Zinc) all being silver plated.

Very good use condition apart from a stain inside (see photos)
